Terms of Service

DoAIRight is a product operated by Halyon Tech LLP(“Halyon Tech LLP”, “we”, “us”). It provides a free ISO/IEC 42001 readiness assessment and a subscription application (the “Service”) that helps you build and operate an AI Management System. The Service is a tool that assists your work; it does not replace professional judgment, independent audit, or certification by an accredited body.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another organization's data or circumvent tenant isolation.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission.
• Upload unlawful content or use the Service to violate applicable law.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service, or use it to infringe others' rights.

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

You retain all rights to the content your organization creates in the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and deliver the Service to you. You can export or request deletion of your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service uses AI to generate drafts, suggestions and analysis at your request. AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified person before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

ISO and IEC standards are copyrighted by their respective bodies. DoAIRight is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a certification body for ISO or IEC. Our own software, brand and content remain our property.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoAIRight is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, giving notice where practicable. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
